This table may be used to determine the standard, and optional, allowable flange width ranges available for
the supplied trolley shaft.

Example 1:

If ordering a †KA hoist for a 5″ wide flange then the standard allowable flange width range will be 3.248 –
7.700″ at no extra charge.

Example 2:

If ordering a †KC hoist for a 21″ wide flange then the optional allowable flange width range will be 19.701 –
30.50″ with an adder of $2402.00

  1. OEM Crane Mfg Controls selection factors:
    1. Hoist intended for use on a bridge crane.
    2. 8 button pendant (3 motion plus on/off) is required. Pendant is typically connected to festoon (sliding track) for control of hoist, trolley and bridge.
    3. Safety contactor, and trolley fuses provided in hoist panel. Others to provide mainline contactor, transformer, mains fusing, and all controls necessary for crane functions (normally located in a separate bridge panel).
  2. Complete Controls selection factors:
    1. Hoist Intended for use on a Monorail
    2. 6 button Pendant (2 motion plus on/off) is required. Pendant is typically connected directly to hoist for control of hoist and trolley only.
      C. All controls provided for use on a Monorail, except for mains fusing.
      (Mainline contactor, transformer, and trolley fuse are included)
