When purchasing an Abell-Howe jib crane from Hoists.com, there are a couple things to consider:

Separate Shipping Charge: Shipping costs are complex for jib cranes. For this reason, we charge for the jib crane up front and give an estimate for shipping costs. After shipping costs are calculated, we’ll communicate the shipping price to you, and you can then either approve the charge or request a refund for the jib crane.
Shipping Conditions: During the shipping process, it’s completely normal for paint to chip from the jib crane. A container of touch-up paint will be provided with your order.

Returning An Abell-Howe Jib Crane

Returns are rare, but we understand that they are occasionally necessary. Please keep our jib crane return policy in mind when making your purchase.

Shipping Fees: Unless the return is due to an Abell-Howe or Hoists.com error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: There is also a $200 restocking and refurbishing fee so we can properly reintegrate the returned jib crane into our stock.
